Software Upgrades

The tech guys in Orlando are doing some kind of software upgrade this weekend (10/27-10/28/-10/29 - 2017) because the WHMCS software (back end) was out dated. They have not told us when it will be complete nor did they warn us they were doing it. All we know is they said it would be completed as fast as humanly possible. All support personnel are locked out of the system so we can't do anything to change the database while the upgrade is being completed.

I am quite certain that whatever they are doing will make things work better though.

I assume your ticketing system is down then? I have been submitting support tickets since last weekend and the numbers don't exist. I've also been directly emailing support@streamlicensing.com but have never received any response. I haven't been able to figure out how to contact anyone since my web player has been broken since the weekend.

Hey Blake, there is a fix for the web player here -

That will get your player going until SL gets everything back up again.

Logging into my account has been unavailable for just short of a week now, does anyone know what's going on? Software upgrades shouldn't take this long.

I agree...still can't login to the website although my login to this forum worked.  So I guess they didn't touch this(?).
