Ok. I got home after the storms we had today. I'm assuming our power may have been interrupted. One computer was off, but the one with the audio stream was running and my automation software was running fine. When I checked my stream, I got 15 seconds of buffered audio (from a song from earlier in the day). But if you look at the attached pictures, you will see some interesting stuff. The stream is showing that it is online with correct title and artist, etc. But I stopped the broadcast in Nicecast, because it was having trouble logging in. When I hit Start Broadcast, it wouldn't login. What's up? I ended up stopping the server from the Icecast site and then starting it again. Then starting the broadcast in Nicecast and it logged in. Anyone?

I use a dedicated computer 24/7 for the station. That's the only thing that runs on that machine. It's a Mac Mini.

I use Nicecast and I have Comcast as my Internet supplier.

How do I find out where the problem is in my audio chain when I have service interruptions? Is there a way to diagnose the problem.

I lost a lot of listeners this morning because my stream went down. It was only down for a minute or two before I was able to correct the issue.

Any recommendations?

Thank you.

I am now listed on iTunes. It was quick and easy. Thanks to the spreadsheet.

Listenership has increased.

What do they do with the logo? I don't see where it appears on iTunes.

I received my acceptance email this morning. I just have to submit artwork now.

"Your station should appear as requested later this week. Please send in 1400 x 1400 JPG cover art in the RGB color space to complete your submission."

Thank you.

I have recently signed up with RadioLoyalty. I have been listening to my stream the last couple of days, and I'm not happy. Many times in the course of a day, I'll get two songs playing at the same time. Or, the same song will be playing but from two different times in the song. It's like the buffering gets all messed up.

Anyone else having any trouble with RadioLoyalty?

What is the timetable for getting this done? How long have they given us to be compliant?

Thank you.
