Now Playing & Currently Played SAM Page
« on: February 24, 2014, 01:35:28 AM »
I'm new to StreamLicensing. Anybody have a solution to the following?

I have uploaded my custom page which uses a Joomla template that contains iframed php content. The page works on Loudcity's custom content page, but here I get the error message:

Quote
This option will not work correctly. Unfortunately, your browser does not support inline frames.

Some extraneous code is also showing up on the web page, and some graphics are out of alignment as well.

Here's the SL page w/o using the iframe code (the iframe code looks exactly the same):
http://www.streamlicensing.com/stations/altaredlives/listen.htm

And here's the same custom page that looks normal:
http://loudcity.com/stations/altared-lives-radio/files/show/default.htm

I checked this page http://forum.streamlicensing.com/index.php?topic=44.0 and created another htm page using this code, inserting the URL for the custom page. But I am still getting the error (and the identical result) for the SL page.

Anyone have a remedy?

Don't upload any page code that is not HTML. For Joomla (or WordPress, or PHP) you need to build the page on your site as a private, non-public name.

The iframe code you used should work, if it isn't some little code thing may have gone awry. If the original page displays correctly on your website, the iframe, when correctly done will reflect your page up to the domain here and all will remain in alignment. If you still have trouble please start a service ticket and we will assist with the iframing.

Thanks, Marvin. I'll submit a ticket because I'm not clear on how to use the provided iframe code.

I appreciate the help!

Edit: I found that I was encoding the htm file in the wrong format when saving it, rather than encoding as UTF-8.
