Gabby,

It is not the player. It is Malware and is being experienced by many different users of FireFox, see below:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1129758

We have been unable to recreate the issue so I emailed Mozilla Support and got this link.

I also found this while researching the malware aspects:

I hope this helps.

Thanks Wes and everyone else who have responded to the situation I noted. for the info you found about my browser problem.

Coincidently, the only time I had experienced this before was when I was listening to the SL player in Firefox, and, at no other time. However, as I was reading the last two posts from Wes under this subject above, the forum was replaced by the offending warning to download a Firefox fix in the MAIN tab, rather than the SL Player tab. It had never occurred outside of the SL player tab before.

Whenever I have done a check for latest version of Firefox, Mozilla always has told me I already have the latest version. With all of the other instances by other Firefox users that have showed up in the link from Wes, at least I'm not cracking up, yet. It's not just me with the issue presenting itself.

Thanks again.

Gary,

I too have been experiencing what you've described.  Only with the firefox browser, and only while listening to my stream.  I just hit the back arrow and it gives back the player page.  Still a pain though.

Worse yet, there an insurance ad that keep auto-playing their video on my player page, over the top of my audio.  Now that's aggressive advertising!  And not acceptable to me.  I've sent in a ticket.  Hasn't happened with any other of the ads.  Hopefully I'm the only one experiencing this.  The vast majority of my listeners are connected through iTunes.
