Trouble signing up
« on: September 30, 2016, 11:39:57 PM »
Hello,
I use to be a customer here. I stopped for a few months because some things came up.

We're scheduled to relaunch this morning, however upon signing up, the page just refreshes.

So if I'm here:
https://www.streamlicensing.com/xstream/cart.php

And I click on "Order Now"

The page just refreshes. It does not add to cart or do anything except refresh the page. [This happens for all packages]

Please get back as soon as possible as our plan was to be on the air by 10am EST!

Thank you!
PS: Were the accounts purged?I couldn't use my email that I signed up with. When signing up, I couldn't sign in, and I couldn't request a new password.

PS2: Same thing when submitting a ticket/ trying to get in contact. When I click open ticket, it took me to the login page, so I'm not sure if it went through or not

Hi.

I just tried to sign up as a test. However, my order began going through just fine.

So someone may have seen your post and addressed it already.

If not and the issue persists, I'm sure they'll be on it soon.

I used to webcast here but my login is no longer recognized by the webcaster area, either. I don't know how long you've been off air, but LC came under new ownership this year. So it is possible that accounts older than that may no longer be in the databases.
