The new iPhone app and the embedded player
« on: January 25, 2017, 10:40:41 PM »
I have questions about two of your products:

1.  The new iPhone app I downloaded describes itself as having "bug fixes and a new name."  Is it fixing a bug to remove the volume slider bar on the bottom? Why did they remove that?

2.  On the embedded pop up player that opens on my website: What happened to all the artist background info that was provided by  It was a great addition and now there's nothing.

I'm not aware of a new iPhone App at all. Please send a screenshot of it to support.

The player is still using Last.FM or the background art. I will check the API to see what is going on.

I too got an 'update' to the iPhone app a while back and now I have no audio.
I've contacted support and they said they were aware of some problems.
Current song and album artwork are spot-on but no sound.
I'll attach a photo as well.

As for the desktop player and album artwork?  Usually the artwork shows but sometimes not. I've had that same problem on almost every player and app I have ever used to stream music-Tunein especially...the SL app has been consistently the best. In my experience, it has to do with the stability of the connection.
