Neither of my stations have received anything from SL, yet.

Happy to stick with them. I hope that a resolution will arrive prior to the July 31 grace period end. :)

I received the response. Will stick with them.... but I suppose come July 30, I would need to make a decision to pay Ascap, if nothing comes out of this.

This will get worked out. Corporate is on it. ASCAP owes us money for overcharging. Responses have been sent to everyone.

Thanks for the update, Wes, and I just received my notice from Antonio at SL. Encouraging that you all are on it. My ATH was extremely higher this month than any previous month as well but thought it was just a glitch as what was showing in my SL account versus my Centova didn't match correctly at all.

Secondly, how was ASCAP able to email me directly?? I've never given them my email before.  That part is a little troubling to me as well.

My ATH was super-high and incorrect as well.  I submitted a ticket and was told they were aware of it and it was being worked on.

I am also curious how ASCAP was able to email me directly.

For what it's worth.... I'm glad I wasn't the only one with an extremely high ATH.

If you are on FB ask to join this group https://www.facebook.com/groups/internetradiobroadcasting/ there has been some extensive discussion of this. (it also covers a lot of other good stuff that helps us.)
I got an email from SL about it, but didn't get one from ASCAP.
My take is that there was a dispute that SL thought was resolved and ASCAP decided it wasn't.
Personally, based on my experience with Marvin and then the new ownership?
I'm gonna take SL's side.

Another aspect of this is us.
Obviously, if you are on this forum, you aren't part of the problem so I am not trying to insult any of you, but as a group, we Small Webcasters have a cultural problem: We don't engage well outside our listeners.
I know that Marvin and later Stardome represented us in the CRB rulings but we didn't represent ourselves.
We have no face.
We are utterly anonymous and invisible to the CRB and the PRO's.
We are just a tiny income stream with a huge potential value that they don't understand.
Maybe we should try to do something about that?

I've not received any response from SL yet.

And I'm also finding it troubling that ASCAP has my email address.
