I made a reminder in Outlook on my end for  the ATH reports. However, from the last I heard they were still having issues with a new server, so they stopped the requirement for the ATH reporting, and removed the not reporting fee, till they fixed things.

I just want to make sure the license keeps running and not randomly stop....
You want to keep paying even though they have no current agreement with ASCAP and BMI?

On another note I have some good news right from the _____'s mouth:
The check is in the mail.
From Anthony?  I wonder what the chances are that ASCAP will reinstate the new entity?

All I want from my licensing provider is to provide me with music licensing nothing more, nothing less. I there were other value added services available I would evaluate them as they are available, but all I want is licensing. SL\SL has already failed in that service since I paid the $200 to ASCAP back in the end of July to hedge my bets and to insure my station continues to be licensed. I feel that the management of SL\SL has failed to keep us informed as to what is going on at least to my satisfaction. I couldn't care less about Bunji or any other product unless it supports the licensing product.
Couldn't agree with you more.  SL/SL, if blanket licensing is a failed model in today's licensing environment, please tell us and stop trying to add 'value' with other products we don't need or want just so you can stay in business.  We want blanket licensing coverage period.  If that is in fact the case, we will all try to figure out if going direct is worth it.

Sad News for SL !!!!
I too was curious and decided to make a telephone call. I just got off the phone with ASCAP in regards to this matter of licensing, at 2pm EST and asked them about the StreamLicensing issue and when they might be settled with all thats going on so I could consider coming back from where I am licensed now, and a lady named Lauren in Licensing at ASCAP, advised me that StreamLicensing is no longer licensed by ASCAP and ASCAP has no desire nor do they have any intention of renewing their license again, not EVER ! So it looks like as far as ASCAP is concerned. The reason for no contact is that , because they are now gathering up information on all the customers that decided to stay with SL ! I'm really sorry to have to relay this news because I was really hoping for a different turnout than what I just heard. :-(
I believe that to be true, however, StreamLicensing as a brand is dead and is rebranding as SL webcasting.  Did you happen to mention SL in your talk with ASCAP and will they be able to acquire a license?  You would think the same sentiment ASCAP has for SL would also carry over to SL.

With everything else going on with SL (have they ever corrected the issues with the PROs?)... this is becoming way too frustrating. Other services are starting to look more tempting.
Isn't it odd that there has been no official word from SL/StreamLicensing regarding this issue in MONTHS!

It's been well over 30 days since the last official word from SL/SL, anyone have any insight as to what is going on?  No news is NOT good news in this case.  I have to assume that both sides are stalemated at his point in time.

I received the email.  I will attend this conference call as well.  I am hoping I hear something from Anthony Hernandez that will justify not going direct with ASCAP at this time.
